1. Accurate information
By using HostFix, you agree to provide accurate information about yourself and the properties you list on the platform. Inaccurate listings may be suspended.
2. Responsible use
You agree to use HostFix responsibly: not to abuse the dispatch system, not to harass partners or staff, and not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
3. Payments
All payments for jobs, subscriptions, and invoices are handled through the platform. Off-platform payments are not supported and are not covered by HostFix guarantees.
4. Subscription & cancellation
Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. You can cancel any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period.
5. Liability
HostFix coordinates services between hosts and vetted partners. While we vet every partner, HostFix is not liable for damages caused by third parties beyond what is covered by our partner insurance program.
